Mortgage Loan Advisor

What you will do

• Originate 1–4 family residential mortgage loans and work toward established production goals.
• Develop internal and external referral sources through training, coaching, and marketing activities.
• Manage the loan pipeline with senior loan officers, sales managers, and operations teams.
• Maintain file quality and accuracy while meeting closing expectations and customer service standards.
• Cross-sell bank products and develop relationships with banking and other internal partners.
• Follow all regulatory, quality, and training requirements for mortgage origination.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• NMLS certification.
• At least 6 months of related financial services experience.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
• Customer service and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or 12–24 months of financial or sales-related experience.
• Experience working in or with a retail banking office.
