What you will do
- Register user online verification in line with internal procedures and legal requirements.
- Process password change and personal data correction requests.
- Review and analyze transaction histories, financial transactions, winnings, and user activity.
- Check winnings with vendors or through vendor back-office interfaces.
- Make decisions on financial transaction monitoring according to predefined procedures.
- Generate alerts and escalate cases when suspicious activity is detected, while registering and resolving operational issues.
Requirements
- Higher education.
- Experience in a related field such as banking, credit organizations, or bookmakers.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Intermediate English proficiency required.
