Senior HR Business Partner (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

hirify.global is a growing startup mapping subsurface infrastructure to provide reliable, real-time utility data for the construction industry. The company has more than 120 employees and operates from Tel Aviv and Austin.

What you will do

• Partner with managers and teams to translate business needs into people and organizational actions.
• Coach managers on team structure, talent development, performance, and organizational matters.
• Build company-wide HR programs, processes, frameworks, policies, and operational infrastructure.
• Support performance reviews, compensation reviews, engagement surveys, and calibration processes.
• Design and lead learning experiences, workshops, organizational development, and manager enablement initiatives.
• Lead HR projects independently, improve workflows and systems, and use analytics to support business decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience across multiple HR disciplines in fast-paced technology environments.
• 3+ years of experience in an HRBP role partnering closely with managers and teams.
• Experience working in a global environment; experience supporting US-based teams is preferred.
• Strong ownership, initiative, project management, prioritization, analytical thinking, and judgment.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, analysis, workflow optimization, and knowledge management.
• Fluent English and Hebrew required.
