HR Business Partner

Salary: $114,500–$194,700 USD per year

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders to connect business goals with workforce and people strategies.
• Translate business strategy into workforce plans covering skills, capacity, roles, and timing.
• Advise on organization design, role clarity, spans of control, reorganizations, and ways of working.
• Coach leaders on performance, development, talent decisions, succession, and leadership planning.
• Lead or support change initiatives, focusing on readiness, adoption, and sustainable outcomes.
• Use people data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to inform decisions and integrate HR solutions across Centers of Excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or comparable role.
• Strong consulting, advisory, senior-leader coaching, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience with workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, risk assessment, and change initiatives.
• Ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, influence decisions, and explain sensitive information.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
