Sr. Staff People Partner (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary People Partner for Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Patient Support leaders.
• Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, staffing models, coverage changes, and career paths.
• Coach managers on performance management, calibration, documentation, and performance improvement plans.
• Support variable compensation, job architecture, leveling, and career frameworks for commissioned and non-exempt populations.
• Own employee relations matters and investigations from intake through resolution, escalating issues to Legal when needed.
• Analyze turnover, ramp, engagement, headcount, and productivity data while building scalable People workflows and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience, including substantial People Partner experience supporting commercial, sales, or revenue-generating organizations.
• Practical experience with variable compensation, commissioned populations, performance management, employee relations, and organizational restructuring.
• Strong generalist background across compliance, People Operations, business partnership, and compensation.
• Ability to advise CROs, VPs of Sales, and senior leaders using business, forecast, capacity, and people data.
• Knowledge of multi-state employment law for a nationwide workforce.
• Analytical, direct, fast-moving, and comfortable building People systems in a scaling organization.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, digital health, or health technology.
• Experience supporting high-volume hourly or contact-center workforces.
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
• Experience serving as an HR Business Partner to C-suite and senior executive leaders.
