What you will do

• Partner with executive-level Operations leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals and performance targets.
• Coach leaders and managers on leadership development, employee performance, challenges, and team growth.
• Develop talent strategies with Talent Acquisition to attract talent for Operations roles and support skills development for new markets.
• Support year-end performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and employee evaluations.
• Assess organizational needs and implement training, leadership development, and succession planning programs.
• Lead organizational change initiatives, use HR metrics and analytics, and support employee engagement, recognition, compliance, and policy development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably in high-growth organizations.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics and experience using data for business insights.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with HRIS, HR software systems, and year-end performance management processes.
