Reverse Logistics Warehouse Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage daily reverse logistics operations, including receiving, inspection, grading, sorting, put-away, refurbishment, return-to-vendor, and disposal.
• Monitor productivity, processing lead time, backlog, inventory accuracy, quality, and labour utilisation KPIs.
• Lead warehouse supervisors, team leaders, and operatives through shift planning, training, attendance, and performance management.
• Plan workforce capacity against operational forecasts while controlling overtime and agency labour costs.
• Identify bottlenecks, perform root-cause analysis, and implement process and SOP improvements.
• Coordinate with Transportation, Customer Service, Quality, Finance, HR, IT, and other operational teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of warehouse or logistics operations experience; previous management experience is preferred.
• Experience in reverse logistics, returns, refurbishment, e-commerce, or after-sales operations is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, labour planning, and operational KPIs.
• Strong leadership, people-management, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and continuous-improvement skills.
• Experience using WMS and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Good understanding of UK warehouse Health & Safety requirements.
