Director of Demand Generation (AI Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Build and manage the demand generation engine across email, digital, field events, and new digital channels.
• Partner with sales and go-to-market leadership to create demand generation playbooks for target industries and operational and executive buyers.
• Own full-funnel execution, tracking performance from first touchpoint through closed-won revenue.
• Identify automation opportunities and build lead-generation workflows and custom go-to-market tools.
• Collaborate across marketing, sales, technology, and leadership functions to create a repeatable pipeline system.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
• Experience owning pipeline targets in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strategic understanding of marketing channels, data collection, content loops, and pipeline levers.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and enthusiasm for using AI and LLMs to improve productivity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
