Senior Project Manager (AI SaaS)

Location: Hybrid role based in Munich or Cologne, Germany, with regular customer visits across the DACH region. Onboarding requires at least one month at the headquarters in Zurich, followed by regular visits to Zurich and company hubs for team days, all-hands, and offsites.

What you will do

• Run enterprise implementations end to end, from kick-off and scope definition through planning, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Deliver complex global transformation programs spanning finance, procurement, supply chain, multiple ERP systems, legal entities, and countries.
• Manage several customer engagements in parallel while protecting timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Coordinate Integrations Engineers, Technical Project Managers, AI Automation Specialists, Consultants, and customer stakeholders.
• Lead steering committees, make delivery decisions, and create recovery plans for programs that are off track.
• Lead delivery teams, coach Project Managers, and ensure clean handover to Consultants and the support organization after go-live.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex projects in management consulting, enterprise software implementation, or large-scale transformation delivery.
• Proven experience running multi-country or multi-entity programs with senior client stakeholders and executive steering committees.
• Experience leading a delivery team rather than managing only a project plan.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
• Strong scope discipline, ownership, escalation judgment, client confidence, and structured execution under pressure.
