Digital Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Support standardised governance processes for IT and digital projects.
• Build and maintain portfolio dashboards, reporting infrastructure, project updates, risk summaries, and management reports.
• Coordinate delivery between business stakeholders, IT and digital teams, and external vendors.
• Promote agile practices, remove blockers, and improve delivery transparency.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement, change initiatives, and communication across transformation programs.
• Drive adoption of digital-first and AI-enabled ways of working.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in PMO, digital delivery, IT coordination, or program support.
• Proficiency with Azure or similar cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, and project delivery tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Experience building and maintaining reporting infrastructure with Power BI or equivalent data visualisation tools.
• Active use of AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
• Understanding of project governance, portfolio management, and agile delivery principles, with experience working across business and IT stakeholders.
• Fluent English required. German is an advantage.
