Project Manager (AI/ERP Automation)

Location: Hybrid, based in Munich or Cologne, Germany. Initial onboarding requires at least one month at the Zurich headquarters, followed by regular customer visits across the DACH region and team visits in Zurich and at company hubs.

What you will do

• Run customer implementations end to end, including kick-off, scoping, planning, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Manage several customers and projects in parallel while maintaining delivery dates, budgets, and scope.
• Work with customers to understand processes and identify assumptions or risks early.
• Coordinate Integrations Engineers, Technical Project Managers, and AI Automation Specialists.
• Handle change requests deliberately and hand over completed implementations to Consulting and Support.
• At Senior Project Manager level, lead global programs, steering committees, recovery plans, go-live waves, and delivery teams.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining control of scope, budget, and timelines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written, are required.
• Experience with ERP implementations, finance or supply chain processes, or AI-driven SaaS is advantageous.
