Lead Project & Program Manager (m/w/d) (AI)

Location: Berlin, Germany. The role includes incidental travel of approximately 10% within Europe, and candidates may need to attend onsite interviews at a hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Lead strategic programs from concept through execution, defining scope, objectives, roadmaps, milestones, governance, and success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Libra and hirify.global business units without direct reporting relationships.
• Drive market expansion, new customer segments, sales channels, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market readiness.
• Manage change initiatives, organizational readiness, stakeholder adoption, and sustainable business outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs, risks, dependencies, budgets, investments, business-case realization, and value creation.
• Prepare leadership updates, facilitate steering committee meetings and executive workshops, and capture lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree in business administration, management, economics, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in program management, project management, strategy execution, consulting, business operations, or a related area.
• Experience with business transformation, growth initiatives, go-to-market programs, and complex cross-functional business programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, executive communication, and Microsoft 365 skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Experience with AI or technology products is favorable; German proficiency is a plus.

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• German language proficiency.
