Project Manager (ERP Integration)

Location: Munich or Cologne, Germany. Hybrid setup with regular visits to customers across the DACH region and team visits to the Zurich headquarters and hubs. The first onboarding period takes place at the Zurich headquarters for at least one month.

What you will do

• Shape technical solutions with customer enterprise architects and IT leads for complex ERP landscapes.
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications that engineers can implement.
• Configure customer-specific integrations on hirify.global’s integration platform and document the resulting solution.
• Identify technical roadblocks and determine whether requirements belong in configuration or the product.
• Prepare options, effort estimates, consequences, and recommendations for steering committees and engineering leadership.
• Coordinate with Integrations Engineers and Product Engineers through the first go-live and hand over a maintainable solution design.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in solution design, technical consulting, enterprise integration, or a technical product role.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, interfaces, master data, and enterprise data flows.
• Hands-on experience configuring integrations on an integration platform or in comparable low-code, configuration-driven environments.
• Experience writing implementation-ready specifications and driving technical clarity in project settings.
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written, are required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable ERP systems.
• Experience with e-invoicing and EDI standards.
