Technical Program Manager (Lab & Hardware Tracking)

hirify.global's engineering organization is consolidating labs and supporting hardware builds across R&D programs.

What you will do

• Coordinate the lab consolidation initiative, including site moves, equipment migration, and decommissioning.
• Partner with facilities, IT, and hardware engineering on lab layout, power, rack space, networking, and migration timelines.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers affecting program timelines or R&D continuity.
• Coordinate hardware build requests and ensure engineering has the required systems, prototypes, and test equipment.
• Prioritize competing build and lab requests based on program urgency and available lab capacity.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in technical program management, hardware program management, or lab/data center operations.
• Experience with a lab move, consolidation, or facility transition.
• Experience coordinating hardware build schedules and dependencies with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
• Experience tracking physical hardware assets and inventory at scale, including relocation or reconciliation efforts.
• Strong cross-functional coordination, written communication, verbal communication, and status reporting skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Direct experience leading or supporting a lab consolidation, relocation, or data center/facility migration.
• Background in enterprise storage, networking, servers, or HPC/AI infrastructure hardware.
• PMP or equivalent program/project management certification.
