Technical Program Manager (Quantum)

What you will do

• Lead cryomechanical and quantum system integration programs from R&D through prototype delivery.
• Build and maintain program plans covering timelines, owners, dependencies, critical paths, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate hardware, cryomechanical, systems engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, supplier, and contract manufacturing activities.
• Manage component readiness, long-lead items, supplier dependencies, BOM status, PLM, documentation, change control, and configuration management.
• Support NPI, production ramp, customer support readiness, and early customer deployments.
• Track certification activities and report program status, risks, decisions, and delivery health.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in complex hardware, semiconductor, scientific equipment, cryogenic systems, or advanced engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of scientific or semiconductor equipment assembly, manufacturing, and integration.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical manufacturing processes, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
• Experience with supply chain and component management, BOM structures, PLM systems, and documentation control.
• Experience with NPI, production ramp, and customer support readiness.
• Strong organisation, communication, leadership, accountability, and risk-resolution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with cryogenic systems, quantum hardware, scientific instrumentation, or semiconductor process and equipment development.
• Experience managing FCC, CE, UL, or equivalent equipment certification processes.
• Experience with international suppliers, outsourced manufacturing partners, and early customer deployments.
