Staff Technical Program Manager, Low Voltage Electronics

Salary: $150,000–$240,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary hardware programs from concept through launch across complex electromechanical modules and vehicle platform technologies.
• Plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules and builds, unblock development, and communicate decisions across product, hardware, firmware, supply chain, and other teams.
• Drive customer feature planning and implementation against roadmap goals while tracking progress, risks, and execution issues.
• Manage module schedules, technical issues, design releases, validation plans, resource needs, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate progress and status communication with stakeholders and leadership across locations and time zones.
• Identify major program blockers and adapt lean execution processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related engineering field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in program management, engineering, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Experience taking complex hardware and software products from concept or prototype through EVT, DVT, PVT, and launch.
• Experience with design releases, validation test plans, build execution, and vendor management.
• Ability to understand technical discussions and establish decision frameworks for continued development.
• Ability to travel internationally to vendors to support builds.
