Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in Austin, TX; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA

Salary: $155,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own program plans across R&D workstreams, including scope, sequencing, ownership, and critical paths.
• Run new product introduction programs from concept and prototyping through qualification and production handoff.
• Coordinate design reviews, build schedules, long-lead procurement, and lab and test capacity.
• Drive execution across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and deployment teams.
• Identify risks early, accelerate decisions, and create recovery plans for slipping work.
• Build concise, reliable reporting for leadership and introduce process where it improves execution speed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management experience across hardware or infrastructure programs.
• Experience with NPI, data centers, energy, aerospace, automotive, or similar build-heavy domains.
• Ability to work with mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering programs in detail.
• Experience running multiple concurrent programs with distributed engineering, manufacturing, and vendor teams.
• Strong bias to action, ownership, escalation, and decision-making.
• Ability and willingness to work on-site close to the lab and factory floor.
