Maintenance Technician - 2nd & 3rd Shifts (Industrial Maintenance)

Location: Richland, WA; onsite manufacturing environment

Salary: $34.30–$49.66 per hour

What you will do

• Inspect and test electromechanical equipment to identify faults and verify proper operation.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC circuits, motors, controllers, and mechanical components.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on industrial systems.
• Document service records, repairs, and equipment configurations.
• Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to improve machine uptime and reliability.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or technical certification in mechatronics, electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or a related field; equivalent work experience is accepted.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Experience using precision measuring tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electrical test equipment.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, plus basic PLC knowledge.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shifts, overtime, weekends, varying temperatures, and constant noise requiring hearing protection.

• Ability to acquire and retain a multi-craft skill set covering both mechanic and electrician responsibilities.
