Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States — onsite at the SSO facility, 1000 North Street

Salary: $17.20–$31.90 per hour

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and documentation for production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical machinery and respond to emergency breakdowns.
• Move, install, anchor, and align production equipment and assist with fabricating equipment components and support structures.
• Maintain spare-parts ihirify.globalory and coordinate materials for maintenance projects.
• Partner with production leaders and supervisors to resolve equipment and operational concerns.
• Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and support continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least one year of mechanical maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills, including experience with production equipment and machinery.
• Welding experience, including stick and wire-feed welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings and use hand tools, torches, drill presses, cut-off saws, and iron workers.
• Computer skills, strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to obtain forklift and company vehicle licenses.

Nice to have

• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
