What you will do

• Launch and operate the NEURAGym facility, establishing the operational playbook for future sites.
• Lead a multidisciplinary on-site team including AI trainers, robotics specialists, and logistics staff.
• Manage the end-to-end customer operations journey from initial feasibility to final robot skill deployment.
• Monitor facility utilization, costs, and customer feedback to drive efficiency and process improvements.
• Provide ground-level insights to the product team to refine KPIs and the overall business model.
• Oversee site-level budgets, facility assets, and IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing tech operations or large-scale product roll-outs in robotics, manufacturing, or cloud services.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams with direct responsibility for customer success.
• Ability to translate first-of-a-kind initiatives into clear, scalable processes and metrics.
• Fluent in English and German (written and verbal).
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience managing budgets and vendor coordination.

• Exposure to cloud-based ML infrastructure or IT support workflows.
