TL;DR

Location: On-site at the Berlin fulfillment centre, with additional oversight of the Rheine/Düsseldorf facility, Germany

Salary: €90,000–€120,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead on-site fulfillment operations in Berlin and provide additional oversight for the Rheine/Düsseldorf facility.
  • Hold carrier partners accountable for contracted SLAs and KPIs through performance monitoring, structured reviews, and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with Technology, Transportation, and Account Management to translate strategic requirements into operational instructions.
  • Monitor inventory, order status, and shipment planning in Linnworks across B2B and B2C fulfillment flows.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and lead the rollout of system updates, new procedures, and client onboarding.
  • Analyze WMS data and operational reports to identify discrepancies and continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English are required.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating inbound, outbound, and returns warehouse workflows.
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C fulfillment environments.
  • Proficiency in Linnworks or an equivalent WMS/ERP system, with strong operational data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and prioritization skills across multi-site operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Additional European language skills.
  • APICS, Six Sigma, or IOSH certification.
