Staff Business Finance (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Partner with Silicon Photonics, RF, and Quantum product-line leadership to support revenue growth, profitability, and long-term business value.
• Manage product-line P&Ls, including revenue, gross margin, operating profit, and key performance metrics.
• Lead quarterly forecasting, annual operating plans, and long-range planning aligned with technology and business objectives.
• Provide financial support for customer contracts, pricing, supply agreements, partnerships, and commercial negotiations.
• Evaluate R&D investments, technology roadmaps, CapEx plans, capital allocation, and manufacturing growth initiatives.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive finance experience supporting product-driven, manufacturing, or technology-intensive businesses.
• Experience in business finance, FP&A, or P&L support within semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or B2B technology environments.
• Experience leading financial workstreams related to forecasting, contracts, and capital investment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex information and drive clear decisions.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Direct semiconductor industry experience.
• Experience influencing senior leaders across multiple functions and regions.
