Production Supervisor (Automotive)

Location: Commerce City, Colorado, United States; onsite production-floor role.

What you will do

• Own daily production activities and lead the team within the automotive value stream.
• Set clear goals, coach team leads and operators, and keep production running at capacity.
• Monitor performance metrics, track downtime, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous-improvement initiatives across the production area.
• Maintain equipment readiness and uphold safety and automotive quality standards.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain clear communication about safety, quality, and production.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3–6 years of production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1–2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools, including 5S, Gemba, Kanban, and Kaizen.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and solid hand-tool knowledge.
• Ability to work onsite on the automotive production floor in Commerce City, Colorado.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with layup, consolidator, waterjet, CNC router, and/or press machines.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field.
