Manufacturing Production Supervisor

Location: Mesa, AZ (On-site)

What you will do

• Own daily and weekly production targets and monitor WIP for assigned areas.
• Lead and manage a team of 10–30 technicians, driving performance and accountability.
• Supervise shop floor activity, schedules, and workflow across multi-shift operations.
• Ensure product quality, resolve nonconformance issues, and maintain audit-ready standards.
• Identify training needs and develop programs to foster team growth and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual to comply with ITAR regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• 1+ years of experience leading a team, shift, or cross-functional project.
• Strong operational judgment and ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills.
