Director of Product for Self-Filing (AI)

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery transparency for the self-filing product lines in Germany.
• Shape the evolution of the hirify.global and Steuerbot brands, deciding where their products converge and where they remain distinct.
• Build AI-native filing experiences that reduce cognitive load and evolve tax filing into a year-round optimization product.
• Expand the product into adjacent financial services and broader wealth-creation relationships.
• Lead high-autonomy Builder teams, raising the product craft bar and enabling fast execution from idea to production.
• Drive prioritization and experimentation, including A/B tests, bandits, and experimentation velocity as a product metric.

Requirements

• Experience leading product at a high-growth B2C consumer technology company under commercial pressure.
• Experience owning a multi-team product area and growing a major product line in a competitive market.
• Proven track record of shipping AI products used at scale and changing user behavior.
• Strong people leadership, product vision, prioritization, and cross-functional decision-making skills.
• Fluency in A/B testing, bandit methods, experimentation velocity, and evidence-based product decisions.
• Fluent English and German required.
