What you will do

• Define the product vision and roadmap for self-filing products in the German market.
• Architect AI-native user experiences to remove cognitive load and reimagine the filing journey.
• Expand the product offering from annual filing into a year-round financial relationship and wealth creation.
• Lead high-autonomy Builder teams, setting the bar for craft and execution quality.
• Drive product decisions using experimentation as an engine (A/B tests, bandits).
• Collaborate with the Commercial leader to translate P&L ambitions into a deliverable product.

Requirements

• Experience leading product at a high-growth B2C consumer tech company.
• Proven track record of shipping AI products used at scale in production.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Deep expertise in testing methods, including A/B testing and bandits.
• Ability to manage multi-team product areas under real commercial pressure.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Berlin.
