Head Product Lead (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid, with at least two days per week or 40% of working time at an office in Bristol, Leeds, Halifax, Edinburgh or Manchester, UK

Salary: £106,565–£125,370 per year

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, development and lifecycle management of the Personal Current Account product portfolio.
• Define customer propositions, pricing strategies, product features and customer benefits.
• Develop product roadmaps and prioritise investment decisions using customer insight, market intelligence and performance data.
• Improve customer experience, customer outcomes and commercial performance while managing product governance, risk and regulatory change.
• Build partnerships across business, technology, operations and risk functions, including supplier and partner relationships.
• Lead, coach and develop product leaders and specialists, representing the portfolio in senior leadership and governance forums.

Requirements

• Experience defining product vision and strategy and managing complex product portfolios through clear priorities, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Strong commercial awareness, including experience balancing customer, business, technology and risk considerations, as well as managing budgets and investment decisions.
• Ability to use customer insight, experimentation, market intelligence and performance data to guide strategic decisions.
• Experience working in a regulated and controlled environment with strong governance, risk and regulatory awareness.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations and risk functions.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams and building capability through change and complexity.
