Production Planner

Location: Pathum Thani, Thailand (Navanakorn)

What you will do

• Lead daily production operations to achieve output, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Execute production plans in line with customer demand and business priorities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Warehouse, and HR teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop Production Supervisors and production teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, EHS, RBA, ISO, quality systems, SOPs, and manufacturing regulations.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, waste reduction, root cause analysis, KPI improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of manufacturing experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership or production management role.
• Strong leadership, people management, decision-making, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of production planning, manufacturing processes, quality systems, and EHS standards.
• Good command of English communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, automotive, or other high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience supporting RBA and ISO compliance activities and audits.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies.
