Manufacturing Manager - Stamping Press (MSFT)

What you will do

• Lead metal stamping and assembly production operations against safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
• Review and approve production procedures, operational documents, quality reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.
• Investigate and resolve production and quality issues, including losses caused by machine breakdowns, equipment failures, and process inefficiencies.
• Drive continuous improvement, Kaizen, QC Circle, 5S, productivity, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Manage production capacity, manpower utilization, overtime planning, departmental expenses, and KPI performance.
• Coach Section Chiefs and production teams, lead daily production meetings, and support ISO, customer, and regulatory audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of manufacturing operations experience, preferably in metal stamping and assembly.
• Strong knowledge of metal stamping, assembly processes, machine operation, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Root Cause Analysis, production KPIs, and manufacturing management systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, or related ERP systems, together with strong planning, production control, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Native Thai speaker with strong spoken and written English skills; willingness to work on-site in Samut Prakan is required.
