is an international development partner and systems supplier for the automotive industry, developing technologies for efficient combustion engines, fuel cells, and electric mobility.
What you will do
- Lead resin product manufacturing operations and achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
- Review production procedures and operational standards, monitor quality performance, and resolve non-conformances.
- Lead root cause investigations, corrective actions, Kaizen, 5S, QC Circle, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimize manpower utilization, production capacity, overtime planning, equipment performance, and operational losses.
- Manage departmental budgets and identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Develop Section Chiefs and production teams through coaching, performance management, and capability development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of manufacturing operations experience, preferably with plastic injection molding and assembly.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, process optimization, production KPIs, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Experience with manpower planning, budget management, production control, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP or similar ERP systems; knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Native Thai speaker with strong spoken and written English; willingness to work on-site in Samut Prakan, Thailand.
