Location: On-site in Cairo, Egypt

hirify.global Real Estate develops architectural projects and creates visual representations to help clients and stakeholders understand final designs.

What you will do

  • Develop high-quality 3D models and visualizations for architectural projects.
  • Collaborate with architects and designers to translate project requirements into realistic visual content.
  • Create accurate renderings and animations that communicate design intent.
  • Apply textures, lighting, and environmental elements to create realistic representations.
  • Prepare presentation materials for client meetings and project proposals.
  • Keep up with current trends, tools, and technologies in 3D visualization and architectural rendering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, Blender, Maya, Revit, Rhino, Navisworks, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with V-Ray or Corona rendering engines and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of architectural concepts, design processes, and visualization techniques.
  • Strong artistic, visual, communication, and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and aesthetics.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, or D5 Render.
  • Familiarity with AI tools.
