Lead Implementation Associate (OEMS/PMS)

Provides investment technology and client onboarding solutions for buy-side clients, including traders, portfolio managers, and operational users.

What you will do

• Lead client implementations of electronic trading systems and workflows from planning and requirements gathering through product setup, UAT, and go-live.
• Consult clients on implementation best practices and translate business workflows into software solutions.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Deliver product demonstrations and introduce new features to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Development on product enhancements and identify solutions that balance user needs, technical limitations, scalability, and time-to-market goals.
• Act as the client escalation point and subject matter expert for OEMS issues, while monitoring market trends and regulatory changes to inform product priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial services or investment technology, including buy-side OMS, EMS, or IMS, or sell-side product design, development, and deployment.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Mathematics, or a related field.
• Understanding of front-to-back-office electronic and STP trading workflows, including FIX Protocol and pre-trade compliance standards across multi-asset instruments.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and derivatives, including equities, options, futures, FX, fixed income, CDS, and IRS.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
