Production Assembly Lead

What you will do

• Assemble robot sub-components and larger electromechanical assemblies using basic hand tools.
• Create wire harnesses and electrical connectors, and solder PCBs.
• Lead assembly, quality, and safety activities within the assigned station.
• Guide team members and collaborate to meet production goals.
• Resolve production nonconformances and new production issues.
• Validate manufacturing processes and provide feedback to improve assembly efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a production environment, ideally working with electrical and mechanical components.
• Experience following work instructions to produce electromechanical components.
• Experience resolving production nonconformances or new production issues.
• Experience with areas such as pneumatic systems, electrical connectors, DC motors, low-voltage electrical systems, component wiring, automotive assembly, equipment repair, or assembly process improvement.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.
