Product Lead Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage product launch strategies according to the project playbook and primary performance measures.
• Participate actively in assigned Product Release Teams.
• Define operational and systems requirements with cross-functional teams and operations leadership.
• Recommend strategies, processes, and solutions for operational impacts.
• Create operational process and workflow documentation.
• Partner with sales leadership to develop materials for sales readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant training and experience.
• Background in business or computer science.
• At least 1 year of experience in business product services and/or external customer or market-facing work.
• Strong communication, analytical, leadership, strategic-thinking, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with software development, testing, or business analysis.
• Experience with Agile software products and delivery methodologies.
• Integrity and a client-focused approach.
