Product Lead – Business & Merchant Domain (Fintech)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid with three days per week in-office

Salary: €68,000–€87,000 gross per annum

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for merchant acquiring, in-store and in-person acceptance, and business financial services.
• Define the product roadmap and deliver high-impact features.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate Product Managers across the business domain.
• Design solutions that improve merchant reactivation, feature adoption, upselling, monetization, and funnel conversion.
• Use merchant feedback, user shadowing, and product metrics to improve experiences and validate hypotheses.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in banking, merchant acquiring, payment service providers, card acceptance, fintech, B2B SaaS, or high-growth technology.
• Experience managing people or leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across organizational and technical boundaries.
• Strong commercial judgment and a growth mindset focused on monetization, acquisition, and merchant engagement.
• High attention to UX/UI details, copy, and operational excellence.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using advanced data platforms to track metrics and optimize funnels.
• AI fluency and the ability to integrate AI tools into product workflows, research synthesis, and roadmap structuring.
