What you will do

• Advise banks, insurers, investors, capital markets firms, central banks, and finance ministries on critical strategic and complex problems.
• Develop sustainable strategies, policies, and transformation recommendations using industry and discipline-specific expertise.
• Frame hypotheses, initiate research, and shape complex client problems as a Senior Consultant.
• Break complex problems into discrete tasks, direct junior consultants, and execute sophisticated analyses as an Associate.
• Work closely with clients and project teams, manage small teams, and present clear recommendations.

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant experience, ideally in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or similar organization.
• In-depth knowledge of banking and financial services.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, communication, and recommendation-development skills.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate respectfully with diverse project teams.
