Business & Strategy Associate (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom; responsibilities primarily cover Europe, with occasional support for projects in Australia and New Zealand.

What you will do

• Drive strategic projects through scoping, initiation, execution, and delivery.
• Own and deliver components of periodic strategy refreshes for the International Platforms business.
• Monitor and analyse trends in customer behaviour, technology, regulation, payment methods, distribution models, and industry economics.
• Assess market movements and their implications for products, customers, partnerships, and geographic expansion.
• Develop market expansion plans and identify emerging opportunities and risks.
• Prepare and present concise, decision-oriented reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategy and project-based business change delivery.
• Strong curiosity and ability to analyse underlying business challenges and define solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into projects.
• Experience with quantitative market research and knowledge of ISV-led payments and B2B2C business models.
• Ability to navigate change and adapt quickly in an evolving global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
