Corporate Strategy Lead (Fintech)

Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $150K–$200K per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Identify trends in fintech, AI, and consumer behavior and translate them into strategic bets, product priorities, and testable experiments.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, business cases, financial models, and prioritization criteria for build, buy, or partner decisions.
• Create clear narratives and strategic materials for leadership, including board-level presentations.
• Own competitive intelligence by synthesizing market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory signals.
• Lead high-visibility strategic initiatives from scoping through execution and measurement across cross-functional teams.
• Position hirify.global externally through industry perspectives, research, and key conversations while using AI to accelerate strategic work.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in consulting, product or corporate strategy, or venture capital.
• At least 3–4 years of experience in fintech, AI, or consumer technology.
• Background at Bain, BCG, McKinsey, or a similar consulting firm.
• Strong product intuition and experience evaluating ideas and making clear go/no-go recommendations.
• Experience advising on or defining strategy for 0→1 products.
• Excellent problem-structuring, communication, ownership, and execution skills in fast-moving environments.
