Senior Manager Financial Services (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands; work from the Amsterdam office, client site, or home

What you will do

• Lead consulting teams and deliver projects for financial-services clients.
• Sell and deliver large program engagements.
• Mentor and develop senior team members.
• Collaborate with international offices on cross-selling and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Contribute to the Dutch market through industry research, publications, networking, and brand development.
• Deliver work across business strategy, process improvement, regulatory and operational risk, innovation, and project management.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• At least 10 years of management consulting experience with a strong track record.
• Excellent English and Dutch communication skills; non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted.
• Strong network in the Dutch banking or insurance market.
• Experience in business development and selling consulting services.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with an entrepreneurial approach to client and business development.
