Deployment Strategist

What you will do

• Build a ground-level understanding of client operations, strategic goals, KPIs, processes, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Define success criteria, translate strategic objectives into measurable KPIs, and help shape deployment scope and value propositions.
• Translate business analysis into functional designs and user stories while collaborating with Forward Deployed Engineers and Product teams.
• Validate solutions through user testing, structured feedback, and continuous alignment with the original business need.
• Support organisational adoption, capture lessons learned, and contribute to the deployment playbook.
• Own defined workstreams end-to-end and grow toward leading larger deployment missions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in top-tier consulting, strategy, or a comparable structured environment.
• Proven experience in industrial contexts such as manufacturing, supply chain, ports, airports, or defense is required.
• Experience with technology-enabled transformation projects.
• Ability to work across business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, structuring, communication, and problem-framing skills.
• Pragmatic, ownership-driven, accountable, and motivated to grow into a leadership role.
