What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders to frame, analyse, and solve high-priority strategic and operational challenges.
• Support growth initiatives such as market expansion, capacity planning, regional launches, and organisational scaling.
• Own critical projects end to end, translating strategy into action plans, milestones, owners, and measurable outcomes.
• Connect Commercial, People, Product, Infrastructure, Finance, IT, GTM, and Operations teams to build alignment and remove bottlenecks.
• Design and implement systems, workflows, and frameworks that improve operational excellence and decision-making.
• Develop business context quickly and challenge assumptions using data and first-principles thinking.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, investment, or high-growth technology environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure complex and ambiguous problems.
• Experience owning initiatives end to end and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams without formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence through clarity and logic.
• High ownership, adaptability, and comfort working in an early-stage environment with shifting priorities.
