What you will do

• Participate in client engagements and fixed-price consulting projects from day one.
• Work with clients to understand business needs and shape technology-enabled solutions.
• Contribute to business or functional analysis, project management, architecture, or Agile/Scrum facilitation depending on the assignment.
• Support business development activities and build trusted client relationships.
• Share knowledge and collaborate within multidisciplinary consulting teams.

Requirements

• Recently completed Master’s degree, ideally in business, IT, economics, or management.
• First experience in business or IT consulting, or another relevant domain.
• Strong interest in digitalisation, technology, digital transformation, and connecting business needs with IT solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships, with familiarity with business development approaches.
• Fluent in either Dutch or French, with good working knowledge of the other national language.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in IT Advisory and Target Operating Models.
• Knowledge of project management, business or functional analysis, Agile/Scrum, architectural design, ESG, or product management.
