Senior Solutions Consultant (Pre Sales) | Copperleaf | US

Salary: $110,000–$160,000 annually plus bonus

What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, collaborating with account executives, prospects, partners, and existing clients.
• Deliver product presentations, executive briefings, and tailored software demonstrations in virtual and on-site settings.
• Design enterprise architecture solutions and show how Copperleaf solutions fit within prospective clients’ organizations.
• Manage and customize demo environments, scripts, technical assets, and software configurations.
• Support sales strategies, deal closure, RFX responses, project scoping, and proposal development.
• Represent hirify.global Copperleaf at trade shows and industry events while sharing client and market insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, preferably in software presales, consulting, solution design, or implementation of complex products.
• Industry expertise in utilities, oil and gas, petrochemicals, transportation, public sector, manufacturing, or related asset-intensive domains.
• Ability to engage with senior executives, technical managers, and architecture teams and influence outcomes.
• Strong presentation, consulting, advising, teaching, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Technical understanding of software development; experience with C# or a similar object-oriented language is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical or engineering field.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, IBM, or comparable enterprise software solutions.
• Experience implementing software or working in asset management, electricity, gas, water, or transportation.
