Clinical Communications Programme Manager

What you will do

• Design and enforce an organisation-wide intake model for communications to clinical staff, including request submission, evaluation, sequencing, approval, and escalation.
• Build a centralised view and single source of truth to prevent uncoordinated or duplicative information reaching clinical teams.
• Lead the rollout of the model across cross-functional teams and partner with senior leadership to establish it as a company-wide standard.
• Audit existing clinical communications and create structured channels, formats, templates, and cadences for a dispersed, non-desk workforce.
• Enable clinic leads to communicate consistently within local teams while maintaining global coherence.
• Define and report on metrics including comprehension, consistency, engagement, and reduction of operational noise.

Requirements

• Proven experience in internal communications, change management, or programme management at scale.
• Experience designing and enforcing intake or governance processes across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Experience running structured communications programmes for large, dispersed frontline workforces.
• Strong programme management, stakeholder alignment, and organisational change skills.
• Fluency with AI tools and the ability to use them to improve communication quality, efficiency, and reach.
• Strong written and verbal English required; additional European languages are a plus.
