Product Operations & Strategy Senior Manager (Fintech)

Location: Miami, United States. The role is currently remote, with a planned transition to a hybrid, hub-centric model across Miami, San Francisco, and New York. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Partner with the Head of Consumer Lending to define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and executive business cases.
• Enable alignment across Consumer Lending squads, including Product Managers, Tech Leads, and Design Leads.
• Build product operations infrastructure, feedback loops, rollout frameworks, and A/B testing cadences.
• Lead OKR planning, dependency mapping, Roadmap Summits, and go-to-market readiness.
• Audit and streamline product decision-making, documentation, and delivery processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Product Operations, or BizOps within high-growth technology or fintech companies.
• Experience with product metrics such as funnel conversion, CAC/LTV, activation, retention, and user journeys.
• Ability to use SQL and BI tools to support product decisions with data.
• Strong knowledge of digital financial products, credit risk, consumer lending, cards, or payment infrastructure is preferred.
• Ability to operate independently and align Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, and Compliance leaders.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and verbal, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ClickUp, Jira, Notion, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
• Interest in using AI and LLM workflows to improve product delivery.
• Experience building simple, conversational user experiences for underserved communities.
