Senior Product Manager (AI) (Identity Security and AI): Drive new product development for AI-powered identity security, authorization, and privileged access capabilities with an accent on zero-to-one development, enterprise security, and measurable product outcomes. Focus on translating AI and security trends into scalable features, validating customer needs with CISOs and security architects, and launching products across the full lifecycle.
Location: Hybrid in Mexico City, with office attendance on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at the Reforma office

What you will do
- Translate trends in identity security, cybersecurity, and AI into scoped product features and improvements.
- Drive AI product initiatives from concept through launch, with measurable impact on adoption and user success.
- Balance rapid innovation with enterprise-grade customer, scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, data scientists, and UX professionals to deliver the product roadmap.
- Conduct discovery with CISOs, security architects, and compliance teams to validate customer pain points and opportunities.
- Support customer conversations, case studies, and occasional analyst or conference engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or network security.
- Experience with identity and access management, privileged access management, and identity governance.
- Understanding of large language models, multi-agent systems, MCP, and A2A protocols.
- Ability to discuss technical tradeoffs with engineering teams and define requirements for agent-enabled systems.
- Experience managing and launching AI-driven or data-centric products through the full product lifecycle.
- Knowledge of enterprise security, privacy, and compliance best practices, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience supporting or growing open-source AI platforms.
