Product Lead (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid work in Bogotá, Colombia; Cancún or Mexico City, Mexico; or São Paulo, Brazil

What you will do

• Own product direction and business outcomes for a small, autonomous squad.
• Decide what to build, why it matters, and how to measure whether it worked.
• Conduct product discovery and align stakeholders across engineering, design, sales, and leadership.
• Prototype product ideas with AI coding tools before committing engineering time.
• Contribute code for copy, configuration, feature flags, and simple UI updates.
• Work in Git, read pull requests, and participate in architectural discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product engineering, product design, or a hybrid building role.
• Track record of shipping products that improved business metrics.
• Experience working directly with engineers as peers and having built something in production.
• Ability to prototype working concepts using AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Comfort with Git, code review, system architecture, SQL, dashboards, and experiment design.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from Bogotá, Cancún/Mexico City, or São Paulo, with regular office presence expected.

Nice to have

• Computer science, engineering, or another technical degree.
• Ability to produce near-production-ready code for straightforward changes using AI tools.
• Experience building AI-powered products.
• Experience in fintech, enterprise, complex systems, or high-growth startups.
