Lead Product Manager (Lending Platform)

Location: Hybrid in Miami strongly preferred, with willingness to travel frequently to Miami and Mexico City; offices and future hubs are also located in New York and San Francisco. Remote work is currently available, with a planned hybrid, hub-centric strategy. US work authorization without sponsorship is required.

What you will do

• Own the multi-year product strategy for a reusable lending platform supporting SNPL, personal loans, credit cards, and future credit products.
• Define reusable versus product-specific capabilities across bank integrations, loan management, underwriting, servicing, and money movement.
• Build a bank-agnostic sponsor-bank integration layer and guide the platform's loan management system and related integrations.
• Establish product development processes, planning discipline, documentation standards, and reusable component consumption practices.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, credit risk, compliance, finance, payments, ledger, identity, and AI platform teams.
• Represent Félix in technical and commercial discussions with sponsor banks and lending infrastructure vendors, including negotiations involving regulatory and account structures.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including 3–4 years building or integrating reusable infrastructure in regulated financial services.
• Experience in lending, cards, banking, or payments; consumer lending experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience building products from 0–1 and making architectural decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Strong systems thinking and fluency in APIs, event-driven architectures, ledgers, third-party platforms, reconciliation, idempotency, and money movement.
• Experience with build-vs-buy decisions for core financial infrastructure and with regulated environments, sponsor banks, compliance functions, or bank partnerships.
• Fluent English required; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Miami or travel frequently to Miami and Mexico City is required.
