Recruiting Coordinator (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with in-person work required at the San Francisco HQ

What you will do

• Schedule candidate interviews across time zones and coordinate interview logistics.
• Prepare interviewers and hiring managers so all participants are aligned.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, answering questions and providing updates.
• Maintain clean and accurate candidate records, interview plans, and internal notes in Ashby.
• Support recruiting operations, sourcing projects, process improvements, and ad hoc hiring tasks.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive support, or operations.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including communication over Zoom.
• Experience with Ashby, Google Calendar, Slack, and Notion.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in person from the San Francisco HQ.
