Technical Recruiter (AI)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, from sourcing through offer close.
• Build and manage pipelines of passive technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Ashby, and outbound outreach.
• Partner with engineering hiring managers to calibrate role requirements and technical profiles.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interview loops with minimal oversight.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and report on funnel health, outreach performance, and time-to-hire.
• Advise on offer strategy and help close competitive technical candidates.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting technology clients or working in a high-growth startup or agency environment.
• Ability to discuss technical roles credibly with engineers and hiring managers.
• Strong organization, judgment, urgency, and proactive communication.
• Ability to ramp quickly, work with limited context, and maintain clean ATS data.
• Availability for in-person work at the San Francisco office.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for ML, AI infrastructure, or developer tooling roles.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem, or similar sourcing and ATS platforms.
• Experience closing offers against Big Tech companies or well-funded AI labs.
• Prior contract-to-hire experience.
