Customer Onboarding Manager (BE) (SaaS)

Location: Belgium; hybrid/remote work with regular weekly travel to customers across Belgium. A valid driver’s license is required. Ideally based in Limburg.

hirify.global is a technology scale-up building a cloud-based SaaS Transport Management Platform that automates administrative processes and optimizes planning for the transportation industry.

What you will do

• Guide transport companies through onboarding from kick-off and process analysis to go-live and aftercare.
• Analyse planning, order entry, and invoicing workflows and translate them into an efficient hirify.global configuration.
• Configure the platform and deliver hands-on customer training.
• Act as the main implementation contact, monitoring satisfaction, transition quality, and user adoption.
• Support pre-sales by analysing prospect needs and providing technical input during demos.
• Share customer insights and improvement opportunities with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Requirements

• Operational experience in transport or logistics, or experience implementing complex SaaS solutions.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-focused, proactive, organised, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced scaling environment.
• Fluent Dutch, Italian, and English, written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s license and availability for regular travel within Belgium.
